Domaine Balland-Curtet is above all a friendship story between two families who have a common passion for wine. In 1994, this friendship was sealed by the acquisition of their first vineyard in Volnay.

A Burgundy branch on the side of the Balland family was already owning vineyards in Auxey-Duresses. This consequently favoured the choice of this beautiful wine-growing region.

Then, as time went by, the wine estate had the opportunity to acquire other parcels to propose a selection of wines on its site today: three villages: Auxey-Duresses, Chassagne-Montrachet and Volnay, but also three Premier Crus: Auxey-Duresses Les Ecusseaux, Puligny-Montrachet Sous le Puits and Puligny-Montrachet La Garenne.
