Volnay – Les Grands Champs is appreciated for its finesse and bouquet.
You will be able to drink it while it is young, however you will enjoy it even better after 8 to 15 years, depending on the vintage.

The wine-growing region
This eastern-facing parcel is at an altitude of about 230 metres on a limestone soil.
The vineyard comes from the Pinot grape variety and is over 40 years old. Its density is 10,000 feet/ha on a surface area of 27,42 ares.
The wine-making process
The ageing is carried out in new oak barrels over a period of 12 months in order to reveal the freshness and fruity aroma of the wine.
